Mileage capture & fuel management

Fleet Mileage is a web-based service, designed to take away the headache and hassle of managing business mileage and expense reconciliation/reclaim processes. It allows your employees to input mileage / journey data via a user-friendly web-portal, which can be accessed from anywhere, and enables management to easily monitor the mileage of each vehicle within the fleet. In addition, it records both your employees' business and private mileage use, whether the car is owned by the company or privately.

There is an additional duty of care compliance process built into the system as a further reinforcement of our Fleet Assured service and we’re able to provide an additional service element maximising the VAT efficiency of fuel on a pay and reclaim system, where fuel-related VAT is often not claimed by businesses.

Fuel management is a process of targeting, tracking, analysing and reducing fuel spend. It focuses on use of the correct fuel type, changing refuelling choices and advocating journey planning, eradicating fuel abuse, e.g. filling more than one vehicle, and capturing vehicle mileages on a regular basis.

Fuel management can be extended to encompass fuel card ordering and administration and can also include fuel supplier management.
